The Sander

The Sander is a standardized English XL VIT test foot preparation device that makes it easy for all users to consistently produce the 0.20 (± 0.03) wet on a virgin XL Calibration Tile.

Sanding Kit -

The sanding kit contains one backer board and 10 self-adhesive sanding discs. It is constructed of a 5 inches diameter self-adhesive disc of 180-grit Silicon Carbide wet/dry sandpaper bonded to high-density fiberboard.

Prepared Neolite XL Test Foot

1/8 inch inch Test-Grade Neolite is bonded to the standard XL Test Foot and turned on a lathe to ensure concentricity.

This is the standard XL Test Foot without Neolite. This allows the user to cut and mount different [shoe sole] materials for a slip resistance measurement relative.
